Panel Component
Cross Member
Heavy duty cross members reduces plywood span for greater strength preventing deformation of the panel
Rivet
Special rivets facilitate the removal or exchange of plywood
Tie Hole
Tie holes are available on both vertical and horizontal side rail with spacing of 30cm.
Wedge Hole
There are wedge holes on side rails with spacing of 15cm to join panels together or attach tie or clamps.
Side Rail
Made of high carbon steel, light weight, and fine physical and mechanical properties to assure
maximum moment of inertia and superior
lineal rigidity.

High Quality Plywood
The plywood of Kumkang forming system is made of hardwood plywood and covered with the finest fibrous hardwood veneers.
It is bonded with phenolic resin impregnated film, which is treated under high temperature and pressure to saturate panel for greater durability. Kumkang plywood provides uniform, polished concrete surface finish.
Gluing : The plywood is bonded with phenolic resin glue that meets British Standard Specification1203:1963 Type WBP.
Edge Sealing :The Plywood is sealed on all sides and edges with a special resin to resist moisture.

For Corners
A variety of standard components are available to make changes in form direction fast and easy. The 90 ¡ã corners and intercepting walls are formed with steel outside and Inside
Corners as illustrated.

Flat Tie System
It's easy and simple!
Two identical wedge bolts function as a lock bolt set, one as a connecting bolt, the other as a clamping wedge.
No special tools are required, just ordinary handy hammer is necessary.

Handy hammer works fast!

After stripping panels, you can get rid of tie ends so easily. They break back simply by ordinary handy hammer.
